How Mixberry delivers a Hong Kong production

Mixberry Atelier is a Hong Kong event production agency for sports and corporate clients, with Mixberry Prism software and Mixberry Moments décor as named divisions. How a show is scoped

Brief
Date, venue, sport or show format, which LED surfaces, whether Prism or Moments sit beside the mix, and who owns scoreboard or stream rights.

Tech plot
Switching desk, media server, camera plan and operator workflow — ATEM, Hirender, Stream Deck or custom Prism software when the plot needs it.

Show-call
On-site bilingual crew, live mix to LED and optional stream, plus training when you keep the software after the date.

Arena and sports video
Multi-camera switching, LED wall and ribbon-board playout, match graphics and scoreboard integration, optional stream. Same show-call language as VNL Hong Kong 2026 and National Games handball at Kai Tak, and FIBA 3x3 Hengqin on the road.
Corporate ceremony and launch AV

How is this different from the homepage service list?+
The homepage is the toolkit overview. This page is how we book and deliver: who it is for, named packages, process, and what lands on show-day. The six homepage cards are not repeated here.
Can Prism or Moments be booked without full production?+
Yes. Mixberry Prism licences sit beside another vendor’s video stack. Mixberry Moments can be a private décor booking. Full production plus either division is the other common brief.
Do you operate Kai Tak’s house LED, or bring a system?+
We operate live video and media-server playout on the surfaces specified for the show. Venue infrastructure stays with the park. See the Kai Tak guide for what that looked like on VNL 2026 and National Games handball.
