FIBA 3x3 Hengqin
Custom Fans Cam system and control software for the FIBA 3x3 basketball event in Hengqin, Greater Bay Area. Multi-camera live production with dedicated fan feeds, real-time arena LED graphics, Stream Deck workflow integration, and bespoke software for match-day operations.
Brief
FIBA 3x3 basketball in Hengqin, Greater Bay Area. A cross-boundary sports show that needed fan-facing camera control, not only a standard match mix.
Challenge
3x3 moves faster than a full-court indoor set-piece. Operators needed dedicated fan feeds and LED graphics on a show-day panel they could actually hit — not a laptop full of ad-hoc windows. Off-the-shelf Fans Cam apps would not match this court, this LED plot or this crew.
Systems on the floor
- Custom Fans Cam system and match-day control software
- Multi-camera live production with dedicated fan feeds
- Real-time arena LED graphics
- Stream Deck workflow integration for operators
What we delivered
Mixberry built and ran a bespoke Fans Cam and control stack for the Hengqin 3x3 window — software plus live video, not a slide deck. It is the on-site proof of Mixberry Prism: event software that sits beside the production you already run. Camplay Arena on the Prism page is the productised version of this class of tool.
